Jonathan Fearn is a Managing Director of Development for Greystar Development Services. Jonathan is based in San Francisco and oversees all facets of Greystar projects in Redwood City and Santa Clara, California. He is involved with several groups providing advocacy for housing in the Bay Area and also serves on the Oakland Planning Commission.
Prior to joining Greystar, he served as Vice President of Development at SummerHill Housing Group.
Jonathan holds a Master’s degree in City and Regional Planning, with a concentration in Housing and Community Development from University of California at Berkeley, and a bachelor’s degree from Wesleyan University.
