Bio
Jonathan Kershner joined the Norman Bobrow & Co., Inc., team in 2017 as a Leasing Specialist. Coming from a long line of real estate developers, Jonathan got the real estate “bug” at a young age and began his career when he obtained his real estate license at 18. Since then, Jonathan has built his career in the New York City market.
Jonathan focuses on relationship-building with both tenants and building owners, so that the right space can be found to fit the financial, marketing, and business needs of both parties – leading to successful transactions. His ability to negotiate on behalf of his clients and his belief in complete transparency leave all parties with a positive experience.
Prior to joining Norman Bobrow & Co, Jonathan worked in residential sales and construction. Jonathan has represented an array of commercial clients including various retail industries, publishing, hospitality, architecture, and finance.
