Jonathan specializes in the leasing, sale, acquisition and disposition of industrial properties throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and across Southern New Jersey. Since 2008, he has established himself as a leading industrial real estate advisor, representing institutional, regional and private owners, as well as occupiers with diverse real estate requirements.
Jonathan has successfully completed transactions totaling more than 25 million square feet and over $550 million in transaction volume. He advises landlords, tenants, investors and owner-users on acquisition strategies, leasing assignments, dispositions and portfolio optimization initiatives. His experience includes assisting companies through expansions, contractions, relocations and operational realignments throughout the United States.
