Jonathan Levy is an accomplished real estate executive with over two decades of experience in development, and capital markets. He currently serves as Executive Vice President – Industrial Development at Patrinely Group, where he leads the firm’s industrial development strategy and execution across major U.S. markets.
Before joining Patrinely Group in 2021, Jonathan spent six years at Amazon, where he served as Director of Worldwide Real Estate and previously as Associate General Counsel for Worldwide Real Estate, overseeing global real estate transactions and strategic site selection for one of the world’s largest technology companies. Earlier in his career, Jonathan was a Partner at Pircher, Nichols & Meeks LLP, specializing in complex real estate transactions and structured finance.
Jonathan holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan and brings a unique combination of legal expertise and operational leadership to his role. His experience spans large-scale industrial development, corporate real estate strategy, and high-value transactions, making him a key driver of Patrinely Group’s growth in the industrial and data center sectors.
