Jonathan Murray, CMA is the Director of Marketing & Research for CBRE Upstate NY. His diverse background which includes real estate consulting, management accounting, city planning, and architecture provides a distinct skill set which lends a unique perspective to his advisory work. Prior to joining CBRE Jonathan worked for an Atlanta based consulting firm.
Over his 20+ years with CBRE Rochester, Jonathan has been involved with more than 1,500 commercial real estate transactions totaling over $1 Billion in gross consideration. Jonathan is also the author of CBRE Rochester’s annual Market Outlook, a widely cited report analyzing trends in the local commercial real estate market.
