Jonathan has gained over 30 years of working experience in the property market originally in the 1980’s in local/regional estate agency, then working at senior level for regional and national Chartered Surveying companies in leading UK Cities including Newcastle, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and the North Wales coast.
Over the last 15 years he has created and led a dynamic award winning successful team and Department in the City of Liverpool, but now ready for a new challenge.
Jonathan is a Chartered Surveyor and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors having studied at John Moores University in Liverpool gaining a BSc Honours.
Jonathan has strong communicational, proven, personable skills and expertise in all aspects of property and land negotiations, creating marketing strategies bespoke to each clients property needs.

Ability to create and manage solutions throughout the disposal process working closely with clients and other professionals, including solicitors, to ensure transactions progress to completion.

I have achieved consistent results in letting and the sales of property and land assets over £100m across the North West in the last 5 years.
