Jonathan Teboul is the founder and managing partner of C.A.P Management Commercial Asset & Property Management LLC, which specializes in Commercial Real Estate Investments and Management in South East Florida. Jonathan is also a principal in Management Miami, a full service Residential Property Management company based in North Miami, FL.
Originally from France, Jonathan has moved in the South Florida in 2005 to pursue its graduate studies. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Real Estate & Finance from Florida International University. Jonathan Teboul is a member of the Miami Commercial Realtor Association, ICSC, USGBC, CCIM & other real estate associations. He is also the former president of the FIU Real Estate Student Association for which he organized many events with national and local real estate speakers.
