Bio
Jonny is the head of south coast development services, having qualified as a chartered planning and development surveyor in 2008.
Jonny started as a graduate in the Southampton office in 2006. Following a period of 12 years client side he returned to Savills in September 2023.
Jonny has a comprehensive knowledge of development issues in respect of mixed use and urban regeneration from site acquisition through to delivery. His clients have included public sector organisations, banks, development companies and educational institutions. His objective is to provide clients with sound commercial advice to maximise value and ensure deliverability.
