With transactional volume north of $500 Million, Mr. Baruch specializes in creating strategic and innovative solutions for a variety of his corporate clients. Mr. Baruch is the cornerstone of a seasoned team of professionals whose primary focus is on sales and leasing in the Outer Boroughs of Manhattan and Long Island.
