With Hillwood since 2016, Jordan leads Hillwood’s Houston office, which was opened in 2022. He is primarily responsible for sourcing land acquisitions, leasing and marketing, and business development initiatives. Since opening the Houston office, Jordan has developed 1.8M SF and sold 1.3M SF.
Prior to this, Jordan served as Development Manager for the Midwest, overseeing various development aspects, including shell building construction, site grading, infrastructure, and tenant improvements. He managed teams of contractors, consultants, architects, engineers, and worked with tenants and government representatives to facilitate efficient and expeditious development. He was responsible for nearly 16M SF on over 650 AC in both speculative and build-to-suit development projects across the Midwest, primarily Kansas City, Wisconsin, Michigan, and Chicago. In total, the above projects represented approximately $1B in transaction value.
Jordan started his Hillwood career in Dallas on Hillwood’s investments team, supporting all areas of real estate development and acquisition across the United States and Europe, including financial modeling and due diligence. Highlights include assisting in the opening of Hillwood’s European Headquarters in London and subsequently leading the United States Industrial Fund Business team, prior to pivoting to Chicago and development.
