Jordan Decker joined Stream Realty Partners in March 2023 as a Managing Director in Chicago. As a leader of the tenant representation team, he is responsible for transaction management and new client and business pursuits. Jordan also helps to promote and expand the firm’s occupier services platform in the Chicago market. Before joining Stream, Jordan worked at Cushman & Wakefield, where he started his commercial real estate career in 2008. During his tenure, he ascended the ranks to Managing Director while servicing local Chicagoland clients and running multi-market accounts for numerous Fortune 500 companies. Jordan has completed more than 25 million square feet of transactions for office, call center, and industrial clients with sale and lease obligations valued at more than $3 billion. In 2018, he was awarded the State of Connecticut’s Office Deal of the Year Award for representing a client in its 700,000-square-foot build-to-suit headquarters. Jordan enjoys traveling the world with his wife during his downtime. He has been to over 25 countries and looks forward to visiting more with his son, Oliver. Jordan joined the Cushman & Wakefield Chicago office in 2008 and quickly became the youngest Associate Vice President in the company. Now a Director, Jordan is focused on supporting corporate clients’ real estate portfolios and on large complex transactions utilizing the Cushman & Wakefield’s platform to deliver a holistic strategic approach. Jordan's clients range from single location companies located in the Chicagoland area to serving as a single point of contact for large Fortune 500 companies. He has been involved in a vast array of real estate advisory services for his clients, including new site selection, asset acquisitions and dispositions, multi-location consolidations, build-to-suit developments and complex lease restructures. Jordan has completed over 6.0 million square feet of transactions on behalf of office, call center and industrial clients with lease obligations valued over $400 million. In 2012, Jordan was nominated for Industrial Broker Transaction of the Year Award by the NAIOP Chicago Chapter for representing his client's 965,000 square foot lease transaction. In May 2013, Jordan was the recipient of the company's Spencer Sullivan Outstanding Achievement Award which recognizes one individual throughout the company for their exceptional leadership and proven success.
