Jordan Estévez is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bluewave Group, a diversified real estate and construction firm headquartered in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. With a career spanning over two decades, Jordan brings deep expertise in real estate development, investment management, and engineering oversight.
Before founding Bluewave Group in 2017, Jordan held progressive leadership roles at the Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA), where he served as Portfolio Manager and led strategic investment initiatives across global markets. His earlier experience includes roles at Westport Capital Partners and Lexco, focusing on acquisitions, asset management, and long-term value creation.
Under Jordan’s leadership, Bluewave Group has grown into a multi-division enterprise, encompassing real estate development, construction materials, and hospitality ventures.
