Jordan Featherston is Managing Director, Investments for Institutional Property Advisors (IPA) with a focus on private and institutional apartment transactions throughout the Austin MSA. Since beginning his career in 2014 with IPA, Jordan has sold over 30,000 units valued close to $5 billion. Jordan was named one of Austin’s Heavy Hitters for 2020-2021 by Austin Business Journal and received the CoStar Power Broker Award for the Austin market for 2017-2021. The awards were based on overall multifamily sales transaction volume and is measured against all the active commercial real estate brokers in the Austin market. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from Texas State University in San Marcos and is a member of the Real Estate Council of Austin and ULI.
