Bio
Jordan Geller is an investment sales specialist in the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Geller is a Bay Area native and has lived in four separate Bay Area counties; he currently lives and works in San Francisco. Through his expertise of the multifamily, retail and mixed-use markets, his focus is to intelligently guide his clients through the acquisition and disposition of investment properties throughout the San Francisco Bay Area. Mr. Geller’s real estate career began in 2007 when he worked as an acquisition specialist for a real estate investment group based in Southern California. In his current position as Vice President, he has earned the admiration of his clients as he goes above and beyond in his investment analysis and due diligence on behalf of the principals he represents. Outside of the office Mr. Geller is actively involved in the progress of the local real estate and housing industry. He is a current member of the San Francisco Chapter of the Urban Land Institute and also serves on a committee to explore increased housing density along San Francisco’s transit corridors for the San Francisco Housing Action Coalition. Mr. Geller’s additional business experience includes fostering the growth of two separate companies: first, as a sales director for a green technology start-up, then, as a business development manager for an environmental service and consulting company. While working with these firms, Mr. Geller was directly responsible for advising the real estate department of large national and multinational firms such as AT&T, Costco, Qualcomm, AEG Worldwide, Kimco Realty and Siemens, as well as several national home builders.
