Kordan oversees the finances and acquisitions at JREA. Since his arrival in 2014, the assets under management have grown tremendously. In addition, Jordan was instrumental in starting HKJ Real Estate Fund, LP and works hand in hand with the CEO sourcing and managing the assets in the fund. Prior to JREA, Jordan was a manager at RSM, one of the leading accounting firms in the US.
