Jordan J. Kaufman is the Co-Founder of Illuminate Real Estate and acts as the firm’s Director of Investment Sales. Kaufman has over 14 years of experience as a commercial real estate broker with an acute focus on net lease investment sales throughout the United States. Mr. Kaufman has extensive experience facilitating the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant and multi-tenant properties. His skill set and in-depth knowledge of the nuances of net-lease transactions have proven to be a valuable resource for his clients.
