Jordan is responsible for providing advisory and transaction services to clients for commercial real estate site selection, acquisitions and dispositions on a local and national level. Jordan's objective is to thoroughly understand each client's business, operational needs and then assist with creating value added strategies around their real estate portfolios. His clients include local businesses, fortune 500 occupiers, and individual/ institutional owners. Through “hands on” experience with build-to-suit transactions, Jordan has acquired extensive knowledge of the development, relocation and building approval processes, construction costs, and a thorough understanding of the key issues to be considered during the building design and construction phases.
