Jordan’s primary focus is selling and leasing industrial/R&D properties within the North I-680 corridor, covering areas such as Concord, Martinez, Benicia, American Canyon, Pittsburgh, Antioch, Fairfield, and Vacaville. Prior to joining Prologis, Jordan worked at Lee & Associates starting in early 2018. His real estate career began in 2015 with Cushman & Wakefield in Oakland, where he specialized in Asset Management for large institutional owners, managing properties in both the office and industrial sectors. A lifelong Bay Area resident, Jordan grew up in Walnut Creek and graduated from Las Lomas High School. His strong work ethic, combined with his extensive leasing and market knowledge, allows him to effectively assist both tenants and landlords in real estate transactions.
