Before embarking on his Commercial Real Estate career with Colliers, Jordan managed a significant loan portfolio as a highly successful and respected commercial banker. Specializing in financing programs focused on the acquisition of commercial real estate and mergers/acquisitions of corporations in the Ottawa region, Jordan established a reputation within the industry as a trusted advisor in the market place.
By working closely with his clients to assess and achieve their investment objectives, Jordan took pride in building on his experience in the valuation of existing and new real estate projects, while enhancing his client relationships. With a track record as a top-ten sales performer in Canada, Jordan looks forward to transferring these skills to his new career in Commercial Real Estate.
Born and raised in Ottawa and a graduate of Hillcrest High School, Jordan earned his Bachelor of Business Administration with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo.
