Based in Dallas, Jordan is responsible for sourcing Acquisitions and Joint Venture developments of industrial properties. In this capacity, he leads Hillwood’s efforts for deals located in the southern half of the US, spanning from Southern California eastward through Texas and the Southeast markets down to Florida.
Prior to joining Hillwood in 2017, Jordan was on the brokerage side in Dallas at Stream Realty Partners, where he executed Leasing and Investment Sales services for both the office and industrial divisions.
Jordan graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is a member of the North Texas chapter of NAIOP.
