Bio
Jordan is a Senior Managing Director in the Denver office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and has more than 14 years of experience in the commercial real estate finance industry. He is primarily responsible for multi-housing investment advisory throughout Colorado and the western United States. Throughout the course of his career, he has completed transactions totaling in excess of $6.8 billion and more than 48,500 units.
Jordan started at HFF in August 2012. Before that, he worked as a senior associate specializing in multi-housing investment sales at CBRE’s Denver office. Prior to that, he was with Marcus & Millichap, and also worked as a financial analyst at Fuller & Co.
