Raised in Monroe, Louisiana, Jordan moved to Baton Rouge in 2013 to attend LSU. Here he received his Bachelor’s Degree in Finance by May of 2017.
Jordan started with Latter & Blum as an intern, where he was able to quickly learn the strategies and resources needed to succeed before comfortably transitioning into the role of a full-time agent.
Now partnered with Industrial Specialist and Sr. Agent, Ryan Greene, Jordan is actively working both tenant and landlord representation. Areas of focus include site/market analysis, site selection, strategic marketing campaigns, lease analysis, and ensuring open communication for a smooth experience to all transactions.
