Jordan Taylor serves as a Development Manager with Taylor & Mathis, Inc., where he plays a key role overseeing tenant build-outs across both office and industrial projects. Since joining the firm in 2021, Jordan has managed the full lifecycle of construction management — including project estimating, design coordination, competitive bidding, permitting, and onsite execution. His work supports Taylor & Mathis’ reputation for delivering high-quality development and exceptional client service.
Before entering the commercial real estate development sector, Jordan built a strong foundation in operations and management at Stanley Black & Decker, where he advanced through multiple roles, including Market Manager and National Account Executive. He also gained experience as a National Account Manager with Char-Griller, further refining his skills in client relations, project oversight, and strategic execution.
Jordan is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, holding a Bachelor of Science degree. His education, combined with his hands-on experience in construction management and corporate operations, allows him to bring a practical, solutions-oriented approach to every development project under his direction.
