Jordana’s fervor for knowledge is a lifelong endeavor that she loves to share and flows over to every part of her life. From traveling to different countries to fulfill her bucket list item of traveling to every state and to every continent to learning about different cultures, to seeking experiences that might take her out of her comfort zone, and continually taking relevant classes to further her real estate expertise. Jordana thrives on sharing the wisdom she has gained from these experiences with others.
In keeping with her joy of empowering others with a “You Can Do It” attitude, when working with her clients, she doesn’t hesitate to share the proficiency gained in her 18+ years in real estate with her clients. Her love for real estate started with her personal experience in buying her first home as a single woman fresh out of college at the age of twenty-three in a neighborhood where she had the intuition to recognize as a future “up and coming” community. Her current home in Glenshaw is her 20th address. Despite a lifetime of moving around the country and Israel, Jordana has always considered Pittsburgh “home” returning to the Steel City throughout the years. Employing her keen eye for communities on the cusp of being transformed, she sees Pittsburgh as the ideal place for real estate investors.
Earning her bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from the University of Pittsburgh (PITT) was just the beginning of her journey into higher education. Years later she attended Chatham University earning her MBA. Both degrees provided powerful skills that she utilizes in her real estate career. Not only does she capitalize on every element of technology that may make the process smoother and more profitable for her clients, she utilizes every online vehicle to market her listings extensively. Skills gained while earning her MBA are priceless in helping clients to determine sound practices when choosing an investment property.
Couple her life experience with a wide-ranging knowledge of current market trends, Jordana works with her clients providing them with comprehensive information and market data, educating them about the local market dynamics setting them up to be well informed to make the best decision for their situation and putting them in the strongest possible negotiating position.
