Legaspi has developed an expertise in the successful marketing and revitalization of urban and downtown areas. His work entails full understanding of socio-economic trends, demographics, and psychographics of Hispanic families. José de Jesús Legaspi is considered an expert in the Hispanic market and is involved in many creative projects throughout the United States. These include malls, mercados, and mixed-use projects involving housing, retail, and educational components in Southern, Central and Northern California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Oklahoma and Georgia. Legaspi’s co-owned and one-of-a-kind regional shopping mall, La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth, is the keystone to all the knowledge and experience Legaspi has gained throughout his professional career. This 1.1 million square foot mall encompasses the confirmation of concepts that have worked in the provision of goods and services. The success of his work has been in providing the Hispanic family a second home.
