Joseph Aquino is a seasoned commercial real estate professional with nearly 40 years of experience in New York City. He specializes in luxury retail, office & showroom, industrial leasing, and hotel sales. As President of JAACRES, he partners with high-level executives to address their real estate needs in New York City, major U.S. cities, London, and Belfast. Over the years, he has represented prestigious clients such as Cartier, Buccellati, and Zara, along with many of New York’s leading property owners. Notably, Larry Silverstein and Aby Rosen sponsored JAACRES for membership in the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY).
Joseph is an active member of the Italian American Chamber of Commerce (IACC), the Irish Business Organization (IBO), Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), fostering meaningful relationships throughout the real estate industry.
He is also the founder of the Secret Brokers Society (SBS), a global network of experienced retail commercial real estate brokers who collaborate to exchange clients, market insights, and opportunities across international borders and time zones.
A resident of Manhattan, Joseph enjoys tennis, travel, and cultural events. He and his wife, Suzanne—who hails from Northern Ireland—attend Mass weekly and remain active in their local community.
