Joe is responsible for 3 million square feet of real estate in our New York and Maryland portfolios. He oversees all retail leasing efforts, including strategy, day-to-day leasing activities, and lease negotiations for these assets.
Joe has held several leasing positions with Federal since joining in 1996. He is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
