Mr. Caperton joined Brandywine in 1999 and currently serves as Senior Vice President of Leasing, with responsibility for the leasing and development of the Company’s Richmond, Metro DC, and Austin portfolios. Mr. Caperton has negotiated the vast majority of the office portfolio leases for the Company’s Richmond Region since he joined the Company. He is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE).
