Joseph spent most of his professional career in the real estate industry, currently specializing in commercial leasing and investment sales in New York City for EXR.
From working for his father's construction company in Chicago as a young man, to owning his own real estate and development company later on in life, Joseph understands every aspect of the business. His tireless commitment to the craft, coupled with a penchant for process and analytics produces winning results for his clients and EXR.
Born in Chicago, Joseph attended the University of Notre Dame, achieving a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Management and second major in Computer Applications. After spending several years in the construction, real estate, and development business, he continued his academic pursuits at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing.
This rock-star combination of street smarts, industry prowess, and pedigree academics puts Joseph ahead of the pack when marketing, leasing, and selling top properties in New York City.
Outside of real estate, Joey is a Bon Vivant of sorts--masquerading as a professional stand-up comedian in the evening, occasionally breakdancing on the weekends, and working as a department store Santa on Christmas.
