Joe began his real estate career at Newmark Knight Frank as an Analyst within their Valuation & Advisory team. Responsibilities included the valuation of a 75 property, Northern California portfolio as well as market analytics, research, and economic forecasting. As part of Cresa’s Silicon Valley Transaction Management team, Joe focuses on supporting all the needs of our Occupier clients, with a particular emphasis on financial analysis and market research. Born and raised in San Jose, Joe understands Silicon Valley dynamics and site selection considerations. Joe graduated from Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo, with a degree in Communications. Joe also competed at the Division I level as an inside linebacker for the Cal Poly football team.
