Mr. Hauska joined CBRE, Inc. in 2006. Prior to his tenure at CBRE, Inc, Mr. Hauka served as Director of Marketing for Liberty Property Trust from 1998 to 2005. At Liberty, Mr. Hauska initiated the marketing activities for the four million square foot region. His duties included leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, build-to-suits and construction management.
Prior to this position, Mr. Hauka was Vice President of Grubb & Ellis Company where his clients included General Motors, Hughes Electronics and Federal Mogul Corporation.
Mr. Hauska began his real estate career in the early 80’s with General Motors Corporation where he performed various financial duties for Argonaut realty. He later joined Cushman & Wakefield as a financial analyst, where he initiated the Financial Service Group which specialized in investment sales.
