Over the course of his career, Joseph has advised municipal governments, institutional investors, medical groups, and national investors on site selection, leasing strategy, and investment positioning. His client roster includes the County of San Bernardino, Town of Apple Valley, City of Victorville, Savas Health, RY Properties, Champion Investors, and others. He has also worked directly with owners of land and building portfolios, guiding them through complex asset dispositions, entitlement strategies, and rezoning efforts to maximize property value.
