Founder/CEO, Joseph C. Jannetty, has been in the real estate industry since 1984. He began his career as a licensed investment sales broker in New York City and began acquiring assets for his own portfolio in 1990. In addition to amassing his own portfolio, Mr. Jannetty was Director of Acquisitions for Ashkenazy Acquisition Corporation.
