In 2013 Joseph became a licensed salesperson after being involved in the commercial real estate business for a number of years holding supporting positions in real estate brokerage and low income housing development. With a Finance degree from the Rochester Institute of Technology, a focus in commercial investment was of particular interest and a natural area of focus.
