Senior Associate of One Liberty Properties. Prior to joining OLP in 2022, Joseph was a Senior Associate in Cushman & Wakefield’s Long Island Office. Focusing on Long Island’s industrial market, his responsibilities included business development, marketing, and negotiating contracts. Joseph started his real estate career at a boutique brokerage in New York City, working with tenants in a variety of industries to secure office space. At OLP, Joseph assists in sourcing new acquisitions, evaluating potential dispositions, and supports existing assets. He received a B.A. in Communication from the University of Connecticut. In his free time Joseph enjoys golf, cooking for family and friends, and traveling.
