H. Joseph "Joe" Morrison III, founder and principal of ABACUS Asset Management, has a vast array of experience in multiple facets of commercial real estate.

Prior to founding ABACUS Asset Management, Mr. Morrison was Vice President, Director of Leasing and Co-Director of Asset Management at Crosspoint Associates in Natick, MA. He also has served as a Leasing Representative for The Flatley Company in Braintree, MA. Mr. Morrison is an active member of numerous industry trade groups including the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (Developing Leaders), the International Council of Shopping Centers (Next Generation), the Real Estate Finance Association (Developing Leaders), the Urban Land Institute (Young Leader) and the Institute of Real Estate Management.
