Bio
Joe Palieri serves as a Senior Advisor at Colorado Commercial, a Northern Colorado–based commercial real estate brokerage. In this role, he partners with clients to make sound decisions regarding their commercial assets and helps buyers and tenants identify properties that align with their strategic needs.
With more than 30 years of experience, Joe has brokered over two million square feet of commercial property. His career includes notable transactions such as the 33,100-square-foot Columbine Shopping Center in Loveland, Colorado, where he represented the seller for 12 years before continuing as leasing agent and advisor to the new owner. He also represented the City of Loveland in assembling multiple properties that became the Foundry development in downtown Loveland.
Joe advised an investor in the acquisition of the former Water Pik manufacturing plant in Loveland — a 140,000-square-foot building on 13 acres. After the sale, he became the listing broker and led the re-tenanting effort, bringing the property to 100% occupancy in less than 18 months. The property is currently valued at just under $16 million.
More recently Joe worked with a brokerage team which included NAI Affinity and Newmark to lease the Trade at 2534 of over 150,000 square feet of industrial distribution space developed by United Properties and in 2026 sold the business & real estate of Brookside Wedding and Events to the large corporate operator Wedgewood.
Joe represents investors, owner-users, and tenants across industrial, office, and retail sectors. He also consults with property owners on the strategic use and disposition of commercial assets and real estate tax appeals.
Career Background
Joe began his professional career in 1985 as an accountant for Chemcentral Corporation in Houston, Texas, a multinational chemical distribution company later acquired by Univar in 2007. In 1987, he relocated to Greensboro, North Carolina, as a Resident Salesman responsible for developing markets in North Carolina and Virginia. In 1996, Joe moved to Colorado to begin his real estate career.
He joined Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. in 1996 as a broker associate in the Loveland office and was promoted to Managing Broker in 1999, a position he held until 2003.
Entrepreneurship & Community Involvement
Joe is also an entrepreneur and opened The Garden Room Event Center in 2008. He has worked with clients ranging from small, single-owner businesses to large corporations and has a deep understanding of the operational challenges facing both.
