I am a proud graduate of the Real Estate Program at the University of Wisconsin's School of Business. I am an alumni of the Powers Knapp Scholarship program, and the Sigma Chi Fraternity. I currently work as a Real Estate Associate for Greystar Real Estate Partners. Greystar is currently the largest manager of multifamily housing, totaling over 650,000+ units globally. Greystar also is consistently ranked as one of the most active developers and investors in multifamily real estate.
I am responsible for the underwriting, market research, due diligence, financial analytics, and property budgeting for the Chicago regional portfolio, which encompasses all of the Chicago metro, Kansas City, St. Louis, and Indiana. The portfolio consists of 65 multifamily properties totaling 18,000 units.
