Joseph Schuemann has been involved in the Florida real estate market since graduating from the University of Florida in 1998. Upon graduating from college, Mr. Schuemann accepted a position with the Palm Beach County Property Appraiser as a commercial income analyst and land evaluator. After learning commercial real estate from a governmental valuation perspective, he then teamed up with Cohen Commercial Realty to further cultivate his real estate experience from a leasing associate’s perspective. It was through this valuable experience that he then earned his next position as a sales and leasing associate with Woolbright Development, Inc. His experiences there were critical in his understanding and development of how to best maximize the economic value of commercial properties by increasing occupancy and rental rates above current market conditions. Today, he serves as one of the Principals and Leasing Executive of Blurock Commercial Real Estate, LLC. His extensive real estate experience includes site selection, property sales and leasing, landlord and tenant representation, investment sales, property management and land sales and development.
