Originally from Greensboro, NC, Joe Simpson spent seven years in Charleston, SC, where he specialized in the investment sale brokerage of hospitality assets across the Southeast, advising owners and investors on the acquisition and disposition of hotel and hospitality properties.
He has recently returned to Greensboro to focus on leasing and landlord representation with Koury Corporation, one of the region’s most prominent commercial real estate owners. In this role, he manages leasing representation for a portfolio totaling more than 3,000,000 square feet, working with tenants, brokers, and national retailers to identify opportunities and maximize the performance of Koury’s assets.
His background in investment sales, hospitality, and transaction advisory provides a unique perspective on real estate fundamentals, deal structure, and the needs of both owners and occupiers.
