Bio
Accredited Administrator (Adm.A.) and strategic advisor, I assist property owners, investors, and executives in the positioning, valuation, and leasing of commercial real estate assets in the National Capital Region (Ottawa-Gatineau). I approach each mandate as a high-stakes business decision, not merely as a transaction. Before dedicating myself to strategic consulting, I worked at the heart of the Canadian government apparatus, where decisions are made under pressure. I served in the Office of the Prime Minister of Canada during the 2008 global financial crisis, managing critical issues. Later, I was Chief of Staff in the Senate of Canada during the COVID-19 pandemic. I also worked as an economic analyst at Transport Canada and as a policy analyst at the Treasury Board Secretariat of Canada. My analyses on leadership and decision-making have been published in Forbes and Newsweek. Today, through IBPROM, I leverage this experience to serve owners of prestigious properties: strategic market analysis, asset valuation, positioning with major tenants—including the federal government—and management of complex leasing mandates. I work in French, English, and Portuguese. What I bring: proven judgment at the highest level, the rigor of an accredited manager, and a nuanced understanding of the institutional dynamics shaping the real estate market in the National Capital Region.
