Joe has been involved in Commercial real estate on either the Corporate or the Brokerage side since the 70’s. In the NY Tri-state area he was with KFC, Fotomat, Carvel Ice Cream, Marriott, CHI CHI’s Mexican Restaurants, Cineplex Odeon Cinemas, ant the SB Schwartz & Co. Brokerage. In California since 1990 he was with Restaurant Associates, Prandium, Retail Net Lease Properties Brokerage, Darden Restaurants and Main & Main Inc.
