Joseph Ziolkowski serves as an Associate in Newmark’s Milwaukee office, where he concentrates on the market's retail segment. Mr. Ziolkowski offers a strong foundation in retail brokerage, having previously completed a year-long tenure as a Broker Intern with Newmark. In that capacity, he provided critical support to senior brokerage professionals on transactions collectively exceeding $100 million in value.
Mr. Ziolkowski’s experience includes advising both tenants and landlords through comprehensive market analysis, strategic site selection, and tailored advisory services. He is actively expanding his capabilities in retail leasing, tenant representation and investment sales, strengthening his ability to support Newmark’s retail platform and deliver value to a diverse client base. His close collaboration with senior brokers has afforded him direct exposure to the full brokerage process, from initial market evaluation and portfolio strategy through transaction negotiation and closing.
Mr. Ziolkowski earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Real Estate from Marquette University, where he developed a rigorous analytical skill set including financial modeling, asset valuation and market research. His academic training, combined with his practical brokerage experience, positions him to deliver data-driven insights and strategically informed solutions to clients.
Joseph is an active member of the Commercial Association of REALTORS - Wisconsin (CARW) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), reinforcing his engagement within both the regional and national retail real estate communities.
