Josh Hendricks is a real estate entrepreneur based in Elkhart, Indiana. Josh established Creekstone Investments in 2004. He is proud to be in the business of helping others realize their dreams. Josh has always had a passion for real estate and enjoys representing his clientele whether they are buying, selling, relocating or developing.
Prior to Creekstone, Josh served the community in many roles. He has been a Paramedic and Firefighter for thirteen years, and six of those years he has served the City of Elkhart. Early in his career he worked in various roles in construction serving both residential and commercial clientele.
In 2004, Josh dove into the commercial real estate market by purchasing Pine Creek Plaza. The plaza is a premier retail center located off County Road 17 in Elkhart County. He obtained his Real Estate Salesperson License in 2005, his Indiana Real Estate Broker License in 2006, and his Michigan Broker license in 2015. With the success of obtaining these licenses, Creekstone Realty opened its doors. Josh established Creekstone Realty to service his real estate clientele. Josh’s diversified background makes him more than qualified to exceed any of his client’s expectations, both residential and commercial.
