Josh Hergott joined Marcus & Millichap in June of 2015, specializing in multi-tenant retail properties, as
well as single tenant net-leased properties, throughout the Midwest. As a licensed agent, Josh leverages his existing relationships, company resources, and market knowledge to advise private clients on the acquisition and disposition of Retail assets.
In 2016, Josh formed a partnership with Brian Parmacek, a retail specialist from the Chicago O'Hare office.
Josh earned the firm's Pace Setter Award which is bestowed upon new agents who meet a high standard of performance during their first four months.
