Josh began working at John R. Clark & Associates in 2003 while enrolled in the Land Economics & Real Estate Master’s Program at Texas A&M University. He received his real estate license that same year and began working full time after graduating in 2004. Josh has been involved with all types of real estate during his career. In 2010, Josh became a full partner with the formation of Clark Isenhour Real Estate Services, LLC. Josh has been a partner on real estate investments and also owns interest in a retail franchise. These experiences give him a unique perspective when working with clients and help him to better meet their real estate needs. Josh enjoys shallow water fishing on the Texas coast and spending time with his wife, Heather, and daughter, Ava.
