Since joining CBRE in 1999 as part of Global Workplace Solutions, Josh Leibowitz has demonstrated extraordinary expertise in delivering account management, transaction management and strategic advisory services for corporate and institutional tenants.
Mr. Leibowitz has provided lease negotiation services and executed hundreds of acquisition and disposition assignments on behalf of private companies and multi-national corporations across the United States and throughout the world. He has managed global portfolios comprising millions of square feet across hundreds of locations.
Besides serving as a transaction manager for new leasing requirements, renewals, recasts of existing leases, subleases, sales and acquisitions of varying property types, Mr. Leibowitz develops occupancy strategies and portfolio optimization studies on behalf of multi-market corporate clients across diverse geographic portfolios. Through the delivery of comprehensive account management services, he integrates service lines, develops market analyses, creates account reviews and oversees lease administration systems.
