Bio
Josh prefers a work environment with variety and change, which makes him ideally suited to serve as Beacon’s Director of Investments where his primary focus is on industrial building and land acquisitions in the Raleigh-Durham market. His market knowledge and diverse skill set strengthen Beacon’s capabilities across the Triangle. Prior to joining Beacon, Josh served as a Director and Market Lead for JLL’s Industrial Capital Markets team in Raleigh where he was involved in over $4 billion of capital market transactions across the Carolinas and Virginia. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Brown University where he studied business, entrepreneurship, and organizations and served as Captain of the hockey team. He remains actively involved in mentoring student-athletes during their time at school and assisting with their transition into the working world.
