Josh Mehlberger is a Vice President with Alchemy Real Estate Advisors (AREA) in Los Angeles, California. Before joining Alchemy, Josh facilitated institutional sales on behalf of CoStar, where he worked closely with some of the nation’s largest real estate owners, private equity firms, REITs, lenders, and CMBS special servicers.
