Josh began his real estate career in the greater Columbia area in 2017 and is well-versed in buyer representation, seller representation, and lease negotiations. He has a passion for helping buyers find exactly what they are looking for and is an expert in guiding sellers through the listing and selling process for any asset type. Before his career in real estate, Josh had a diverse background in digital marketing, which gives him a unique edge in marketing sellers’ real estate assets online to maximize visibility.
Outside of the office, Josh loves spending quality time with his family, hiking, backpacking, traveling, and pushing himself physically in various sporting events and races.
